I'm having problems getting my download file from Merchant Magic Shop --UK.
Would like to hear from anyone who are experiencing the same problem. I've tried to contact them by email and got no reply.

Hi Dominic.
The order went in on Thursday the 15th so I expected to get the download by Friday. I signed in to my account which showed the trans-action and also a box which stated that my download is ready. I selected the download which took me to my Media Vault which was empty. I thought something was wrong --the second time I tried, it had a file to download of Darryl's rope trick.
As you said that they were closed on the weekend.
