I don't think that Savano's video is in DVD, but it's the best one.

Check out Patrick Page's video. It's not on dvd to my knowledge, but it's a good one.

Check out Rules of Thumb put out by Kevin James. Three one hour videos on the thumb tip from Daryl, Larry Jennings, Peter Pit, T A Waters, Steve Valentine, Earl Nelson, Chris Broughton, Sophie Evans, Kevin James and many, many others. Great, valuable, stuff. Actually, invaluable.

Hi Whit,
I was about to suggest that video (rules of thumb). Invaluable indeed! The routine that I have always enjoyed performing happens to be the ones I learned bfrom your segments. You did not even mention yourself being on the video. How humble of you. Once again I highly recomend this video and again many thanks to Whit. Cheers, Rannie

Whit's work is really good on that set!!
Bill to egg, pure genius. I also like Christopher Broughton's idea about making your own TT from acrylic mix and impression cream. Hey, his version doesn't even cost $75!!! I'm making mine this weekend, I'll let you know how it goes. Sincerly, James Linn

Whit, what ever happened to Sophie?

Sophie is working in Vegas, and doing very well. She has several wonderful stage magic acts, a great close-up show, a fire-eating act, and she has an act that combines the electric lady and the Georgia wonder. She is also a pyrotechnic advisor for Vegas shows.
She does a beautiful routine with the endless chain, and she and I once worked a very interesting scam for three-card monte that is in my book. Lovely, talented lady. |

Thumptipedia by Vernet is rather fine. Too many silk tricks for my taste, but a few "top" ideas I hadn't prior considered. The long pencil vanish/recovery and the coins from bill was worth it for me.
Outside the Box by Kranzo has a few I like as well. Volcanic Coin is a Bent Coin that uses Flash Paper. Another of his Hot Sauce, on another DVD is fine use of similar technique.
It's not their senses that mislead, it's their assumptions.
