I've recently published a new routine for Dai Vernon's "Cone and Ball", which might be interesting. Reviews can be found here

I bought this as soon as I heard it was out. For me, the Ball and Cone was the motivation, and you'll find some fresh new thinking about an old Vernon routine.
What you get is a well formatted 21 page color PDF that prints out nicely. The "landscape" format is a bit odd for printing but works well on screen. For me, I typically read on screen anyway and only print the chapters I really like. He's made this quite neat for printing by starting each routine at the top of it's own page. The illustrations are large and very clear. There is one discrepancy in one of the illustrations but as soon as I received this I started getting emails from Tom explaining this. (Actually, looking again it's not really a discrepancy but an "ambiguity" and Tom wanted to be sure I understood the illustration fully) I'm not sure, but by the time you read this it's likely to have been corrected. That's the beauty of electronic publishing. You don't have to live with your mistakes or wait for the first batch to sell before making changes.
The routines include a book test, a variation of the Christ Force, some reworking of a Bro. John Hamman signed card routine, a little Deja vu quickie with a pen, and the aforementioned Ball and Cone work. The Ball and Cone isn't exactly a "routine" as much as it is a look at some alternate handlings and a collection of ideas for you to build your own. For anyone who doesn't have the props, take a look at the thread in the "Ever so Sleightly" forum. There you will find sources for the cone as well as the balls required.
I've been "burned" by PDF sales before where the routines don't come anywhere close to the hype. Not in this case. I'm not a card worker, so half the material doesn't suit me, but for an average performer looking for some fresh ideas would be quite happy with this. I'm happy, even if I use only one part of it!

I went to the site and could not find this item as a single e-book. Is it in one of his booklets, and, if so, which one?
Thanks for the info.

The manuscript is called "Deserting the Legion", and more info can be found here:

Is that the thing where you roll up a paper and drop the ball in and it vanishes?

Okay - I want (no I need) a copy of Tracking Mr. Fogg. I have been working on various versions of the Travellers for over a year. Just from the reviews it sounds like Mr. Stone figured it out. Where can I beg, buy or borrow a copy from????

I haven´t bought his latest publication,
but I did see his version of the classic Cone & ball... and it fooled, and amazed me!
I still haven´t got a clue what, or how he did it.

I think you're refering to Jerry Andrus' Zone Zero.

I'm sorry Randy, but that ebook is "out of print".
Likewise, "Deserting the Legion" (the manuscript that includes the Ball & Cone routine ) will be taken down within 4-5 days.

Tomorrow evening, the manuscript will become unavailable. Need to focus my attention elsewhere.

I just bought it. The "quick read" was excellent and the service outstanding (I had it literally seconds after transmitting my payment.) I will give theitems the in-depth study they deserve later. Highly recommended.
