I have had this for some time but never got a chance to use in my routine.thought I would squeeze it in somehow.I don't know how to ask this question without giving anything away, but I will try if to much info please delete.My question is how long do you let dry and how many coats do you use before your routine.Plus I don't want to use blood so it mite show.Private message me with some advise.Thanks

I actually set this one up in about thrity seconds once! I worked quite well but I'm never going to put off preparation again! It gave me a scare!

I wouldn't recommend it for street performance, as generally you end up doing multiple shows and that effect is going to make your arm red ... it's not good for prolonged repeated use like that.

I usually set up at home before I am doing the show. I did it for an IBM meeting with Halloween magic as the theme. Some of the magicians didn't care for it as they thought it was too gross. I thought it was cute myself. One other magician had pictures of him doing it from year ago.
I agree with JoeJoe about the repeat and for street performance. It is more of a one time trick. - Brian Nadworny

I don't leave it on for more than ten minutes or I fear that it will break during the performance.

Never had that problem. Have had it on over an hour before a performance. Perhaps it is a different "it" you never know. Shouldn't be a problem though.
