It's very bad. I was extremely dissapointed. Huge waste of money. If you think that a good trick is rattling on about something unrelated for 7 minutes and then pulling a duplicate of the selection out of your pocket just before the spectator's eyes glaze over...then this book might be for you. There's about 40 tricks like that.

I, too, was disappointed by the book. Guy Camirand has been hyping this book for quite a while now and based on the general quality of the Camirand products, I was looking forward to reading this. It is well produced and I really liked the idea of including a performance DVD in the book. I definitely hope that more books will use a similar format. That being said, after reading the description of the tricks, I was far from being enthusiastic. Nevertheless, I kept an open mind and watched the video to see if it showed better than it read. I literally fell asleep twice and to this day, I haven't been able to finish watching it. I am sure Mr. Frost is a nice guy and having seen him in action at a convention, it is obvious that he is a worker. However, he really annoyed me on the video. I haven't completely given up but I have moved on to more interesting read for the moment.
I hope this helps, Jean-Luc |

Hi folks,
Is it???? I am so surprise of the replies. By any way, thanks a lot for the views as I am just going to purchase this book, I thought it was great! Ron Frost I saw his video of teacing mental effects, but not bad at all in his teaching. It seems to be that the jury has reached a decision on this one. Thanks for the warning.

I totally disagree with Enigmo and Ryan. You are certainly entitled to your opinions, but I find these reviews to be basically ad hominem attacks. First, Ron's full deck control looks much like a real shuffle as you will find! Secondly, his Twisting the Aces Subway Style is a very creative and commercial twist on Dai Vernon's Twisting the Aces with multiple climaxes! I could go on and on, but I would hope when you give a review, you would be more specific and not make such hasty generalizations.

I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed too by this project. As Enigmo, the methods, techniques and tricks were so bad on the DVD that iI could'nt go to the end, and just knowing that I will have to make the effort to read the descriptions of what was on the DVD, I never went through the book. Maybe I'm wrong and I should go back to this book and give it a real try.
But yes, there is so much better time spent on far better things to study. |

And yes it is a hard bound book.
