Hello Mr Williamson,
First, I have to say that I really like your book "Williamson Wonders"! (do you plan on releasing another one???) Here is my question: Besides the many great routines you published, what tricks/routines by other magicians do you feel are fine the way they are, and don't need improvement? Thanks in advance for your answer. Ronnie Lemieux Montreal Canada

I haven't seen a version of matrix that I like better than Al Schneider's original handling.
There is really not too much out there that can't be improved upon. The problem is that mostly we see the failed attempts to do so. I'm as guilty as anyone, I jumped on the reverse matrix bandwagon years ago and was thrilled to see my name in print! Every once in a while a truly great Idea pops through. Don't really want to name any examples-may make for some hurt feelings. |

Well, the way I see it, is that everybody is entitled to his/her own opinions... One of the best advice Mr Schneider gave me (about Matrix), was to perform it slowly (let the magic happen and registrer), and he was/is right!!! Ronnie Lemieux Montreal Canada

Re Matrix, note too, that 'even' Bill Malone does follow the original premise from Al Schneider, so this also does verifiy David Williamsons opinion re how straight forward and direct it is.

( Words of wisdom from Albert Goshman ...it paid off for him - it might as well for YOU!!!- My own magic is styled after that motto... ) |
