Topic: Chef Anton does Fast and Loose and Trade Show Shells
Message: Posted by: Whit Haydn (Jan 13, 2006 10:26PM)
On our new Scoundrels Forum, in the Scoundrels Photos, I have placed some new videos of Chef Anton doing his complete Fast and Loose routine, and one of him doing the complete Jumbo Trade Show Shells Routine. These are large files and are slow to load, but worth the wait:

Also are some clips of me doing the shell game, including my hand inserts doing the shell game on Jay Leno's Tonight Show.

If you haven't checked out the Scoundrels Forum or the Scoundrels Photos, you'll want to take a look.

I've also put up a copy of Chef's trick shot and magic show filmed at the Magic Castle.

Many MANY thanks for those! I started learning "Fast and Loose" from Lewis Ganson's book 3 weeks ago, I guess it's time for me to get the DVD and learn from the "big boys". One order from the UK coming soon :)
It's lovely to see the moves being done, really motivating.
Again Whit/Chef - many thanks for this.
Rgds - Bruce

The link is not working :(

Whit (or should I call you Mr. Haydn) I have just watched your three shell video on your web site.

I must admit, I was very entertained! I liked your origin of the three shell game! it really made me smile.

Thanks for sharing.

Dave

Bruce the chef Anton and Whit Haydn DVD are nothing ...

... short of fantastic.

They both handle the routine so well. The new moves they came up with are fantastic! Especially the double over the shoulder under leg twisted throw followed by a single double back . Wow amazing stuff (or was that the high diving I was watching).

But seriously there is so much on the DVD to learn from, not only the moves but also the sheer entertainment value of the routines is fantastic. You made a good decision on buying the DVD of fast and loose.

Any problems give either of them a shout they are both so helpful! Chef has emailed me quite a bit .. talk about good customer service!!!

Still, I like to watch a good game...

I'm not a pool player myself. Chef has tried to teach me, but I am just not much of a pool player.

Some folks you make a bet with it is a bet. Some folks you give bs to will snap your neck. Life is fun that way.

I don't think Chef will be concerned one way or another. It's not a bet until both agree to the terms.

Wasn't talkin' about Chef...I'm trying to teach a life lesson. If this fella came into a bar where I shot pool in South Georgia and made a bet like that it would have happened or he would'a lost w/out a game. Man I miss the rural South!
