I am new to the magic world (and having a ball). I keep seeing and hearing FFFF. What does it stand for?

"Fechter's Finger Flinging Frolic" hosted yearly by Obie O'Brien at the Forks Hotel. It's a by invite only affair. (Originally named after Eddie Fechter.)

This is a great convention. It caters to close-up workers. All the best talent from around the world comes to perform at Fechters. Unfortunately, like Steve mentioned above, it is by invitation only. Originally held at the Forks hotel in Buffalo, now it is held in Batavia, NY at the Holiday Inn.

I've been there 3 times, and am going this year also. Hope to see some of you there!
