Topic: Where can I find a bird wobbler?
Message: Posted by: matt kemp (Jul 1, 2007 10:44PM)
I bought Patrick Page's Secret Seminars #6 DVD and he used a bird wobbler. Does anyone know where I can find one of these? I did a search on the café and I couldn't find anything. Also I did a google search and I couldn't find anything. Maybe this device goes by another name...

They are actually called "swiss bird warbler's" and are bird calls. Here is a link where you can find them.

You might also get a book by Dan Garrett called "Squeekeasy." It is a fun book with lots of things to do with this item. It even comes with a couple of them.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the replies. I am going to buy "The Art of Public Squeeking" from http://www.theambitiouscard.com and Frank said he would include a squeeker in my order. So, I have found a squeeker. I will keep you guys updated on how well I like it.

I haven't seen Pat Page's DVD, but a squeeker isn't the same as a warbler. One is usually found in pet toys, the other goes in your mouth.

The one that comes with TAOPS is a warbler. It's not the wooden thing with a screw in it that squeaks when you twist it.

Have fun with it. I'd still suggest Dan Garrett's book. They're all good!

Well, I hope I get a warbler with The Art of Public Squeeking. If not, then I will just buy one. But thanks Dave for the distinction between the two.

I got my copy of the Art of Public Squeeking today. It came with a squeaker, not a warbler. Oh well.

Ooops...go back and check the link above to Hank Lee and get the book "Squeekeasy." It will have exactly what you're looking for.

My book "Squeakeasy" was written before TAOPS by Doc Wayne. Some (but not all) of the ideas in the Doc Wayne book are similar to mine. My book was written for the bird warbler (in mouth). Doc Wayne's was written for the plastic 'bladder' squeakers (hand held). My personal preference should be obvious, lol.
