The heat this summer is an extra special problem.

1. Watch the heat your animals must endure and protect them. A ventilated shaded air space above the cages can really help reduce the radiated heat.

2. Keep a close watch on water available and water consumption. These are not normal times. Water consumption and loss is very high and extremely important.

3. Your caged and penned animals cannot protect themselves as they would in nature. The captures are responsible! Honor it.

I put the spray function on my hose pipe and sprayed them gentley...they loved it.

they are dead now.

As I keep everyone indoors this is not an issue. I bought "dove cote" plans and filed them under "things I'm not going to do".

I love my doves and my bunny.. (and 3 dogs and 3 cats and 1 keet and hamster city), so they all stay indoors. I guess this is not the norm.
