Is "Memoirs of a Sword Swallower" just the paperback version of "Step Right Up" by Daniel Mannix? If there are any differences, however slight they may be, does anyone know what they are?

While it has been a while since I read them, I do remember quickly checking for differences and didn't find any. If you need to know for sure, then go to your local library and order each of them. That is what I did.

But I'm a newbie here, so I hope I didn't kill your thread or annoy the regulars.

Well, Erik took one path and just gave me the answer, Todd gave me a very interesting almost Burkhardtesque answer, Harley replied with one of my favorite absurd jokes and to him I say - Why is a mouse when it spins? The higher, the fewer.

And well....Kondini finally gave me insight as to why my aunt has a mustache.

Go ahead, blame your aunt!
