Topic: Irv Furman passed away , Hocus Pocus in Philly Closing?

I was watching the news and they just announced that Irv Furman the owner passed away. Hocus Pocus Magic Shop in Philadelphia is closing. This is sad news. Did anyone else here anything? Mike

Yes I believe it closed down. I was a worked for Irv this past summer he taught me a lot about magic. It is a shame it came as a shock for me I had just talked to him on the phone a couple of weeks earlier. I wish that I was able to see him again I saw him last in August right before I went away to college. His products are still going to live on and be sold soon on phillymagic.com I am the webmaster for the site.
