Topic: Full 52 HELP!
Message: Posted by: michaelmystic2003 (Feb 18, 2008 10:10AM)
I just ordered two PDFs from Full 52... however, for some reason, I was also given a shipping charge and my Paypal notifcation said my order had been shipped to my home address. I ordered PDFs! Does this normally happen regardless of order?

No, it doesn't. Have you tried email Dave Forrest? I'm sure it's a Paypal gulch..

Yeah same thing happened to me last night (east coast of the U.S.). Have an email out to Dave right now.

Whatever it is I'm sure It'll be corrected shortly. To my knowledge Dave has a very good reputation and is very highly thought of by some people I know from other boards.

The link I made my purchase through advertised the material as an ebook only so I don't think it was user error on my part (choosing between hardcopy mailed or download a digital document).

I think there is still a "shipping fee" charged, but that shouldn't add to the overall price right?

Hello all.

Everyone should have their e-books by now. Michael, I sent you a PM which you have read - it might have been an idea to come back to the thread you started and explain that 'help' was no longer needed. My thanks to both evolve and Chris for their posts.

Anyway, let me explain the confusion over postage costs.

On my website I have both 'actual' products that need to be sent in the mail and I have e-products that do not require postage. The PayPal shopping cart will not allow me to differentiate between products that require postage and those that do not. So, I have to reduce the cost of the e-products in the system by the exact amount that the postage will add on so that when they come out at checkout - they are the correct price. If you compare the price you paid to the price listed on the websiite - you'll find everything is correct.

I hope that explains it and I apologise for any confusion caused.

Many thanks,

Hello All,

Sorry about the delay, was out... anyways, it was all a misunderstanding on my part. No harm no foul!
