I've also seen the Jumbo version where the queens middle gets put back mismade and the card is taken out and shown.

Here is another version, I believe by one of our Café members...although he doesn't do the mismade portion.

Does anyone know where the Jumbo mis-made queen could be purchased...or even Adam's version above.

I picked this up over 15 years ago from The Browser's Den. I've had a lot of magi asking me about it ever since I posted the video, but unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the manufaturer. I believe that it was named simply jumbo Zig Zag Card, but Mismade Queen sounds familer too. So really I can be of no help, but someone on here must own or know of this.

I Just gave mine away to a friend. I bought it in boston mass at hank lees magic shop. Not sure what I payed for it then but still in great shape.
