Greetings all-

In these slower recession times , we have found a unusual niche in the market for
putting on the following shows for students/ Adults evenings to large crowds at many different clubs & venues that are selling out!! Prices of $25 include Dinner & glass of wine in ticket plus 90 min show. Caterers are bought in if required.
We also set up venues with tables/candles lighting etc to create a great atmosphere-usually paid for by venues hiring. They make large sums by using the show

Attached a portion of one of the 300 large posters & hundreds of smaller as well used for our Sellout cabaret shows recently that I put together- we did the last one for this month on Friday Night at the local theatre, bookings are now rolling in for following months as well!
using Myself to open the shows

- and including -Gary Knights a Magician/Comedian from England who performs many buskerfestivals worldwide & also appeared at the Magic Castle & many corporate events in London, including Jongleurs Comedy clubs, now based here he does a hilarious cups & balls routine as taught to him personally by Gazzo,
Gary also makes the sought after Gazzo cups!

and our MC Bobby Gee standup comic from Manchester trained in the tough clubs of Northern England
who worked with many of the greats of English Comedy including Bernard Manning, Les Dawson & Tommy Cooper-A very funny act!

We are working hard behind the scenes & thanks for your time

Cheers

Brent

Good ideas keep us informed as to how this works out for you.

Thanks for the reply-appreciated

One of the reasons we find it is a viable option for organisations to hire the event is the fact they make on average 80 percent of the money raised and as usually happens is run more than 1 night which makes the
money making aspect even better for the hirer-add on top of that Raffles, sponsorships etc from local business
and using a Comedy nite for a good laugh - the more tickets sold the more they make so we find they work really hard & make good money-rebookings usually follow

Try it out-get a couple of good acts to work with you & your on your way

There is a group of us already doing this for local theaters you are correct it does work. Local community theaters are suffering from the economy so while they are preparing for their off Broadway productions we have filled the gap to keep people attending.
