I will soon market this item:
a triple book test and I believe it is the best book test will be in the market (I bought almost all booktest in the market to compare it... believe it or not!)
the effect will be:

1. spectator think (yes, they never reveal it) any page number, open it and choose a word in any line he likes, and you while your back is turn is able to reveal his/her inner thought!

2. spectator choose a book , find a word (no force), write it down to a name card and slip it inside the book. then the book is again sealed inside a Ziplock bag.
and... another spectator will reveal the word! (yes, another spectator)

3. spectator choose a page, tear it to small pieces of papers, choose one only to choose another word... and you have a prediction that match the chosen word!

here is the best part!:

1. the books is ungimmicked!
2. can use any language!
3. no marking, forcing, pumping, anagrams, key word or any other things that used in many book test!
4. can be done for close-up, stage and impromptu! anytime, anyplace!
5. oh yeah, nothing is written down for the first effect!

I know this look a pipe dreams, but no! i made this about a years ago and used it in all my professional shows. because i must somehow find a way to duplicate the best book test available such as "flash back" or "MOABT" (mother of all book test) in my language and also find a way to give the books to the spectator at the end of the show for the souvenir.

so here it is after years of experiments comes my own "Nocturnal Book Test"!!!
:applause:

All of that and impromptu? That's hard to believe.
Message: Posted by: thehawk (Jun 6, 2003 05:09PM)
So how much is it going to cost?

When are you going to launch this book? Seems like it is a cool effect we got here.

Symmatrix.

Well, I am still dealing with one of the magic company,
Elmwood magic who is taking my first effect call IMP-Prediction (Another Impromptu mental Magic) that soon will be in the market.
However I like someone here to review mine, so how does it work?
Message: Posted by: trainerjep (Jun 7, 2003 01:40AM)
This really sounds good, how does one get to check this out?????
Message: Posted by: mindgames (Jun 7, 2003 04:59AM)
How can I get a good reviewer? How to do that?
Message: Posted by: Bernard Sim (Jun 7, 2003 07:59AM)
Try writing to Tim Trono. He buys magic products for Murphy Magic Supplies.

Mingames,

If you want someone to review it for you here, you have to decide who you think is qualified to give an intelligent review, and then you provide them with a copy of the effect, in return for, and in order for them to make the review.

Look around in the forums here where people who use your sort of effect hang out. Decide who might be credible, and experienced enough to appreciate the item, and email or PM them to see if they are interested in doing it.

Good luck.

I agree with BroDavid. If I were you, I would search the Café for book tests and see who sounds like they know what they are talking about. A good place to look for people would be the "Penny for Your Thoughts" area. For the most part, you can get a feel for who really knows magic and has the experience. Basically what I am saying is, I think you should find the people yourself. If you start a thread saying that you need people to help you out, it will bring everyone out of the woodwork. People get really excited when they might be the first to try a trick, especially if they get it for free. Then when you get the overwhelming response from everyone saying they want to review it, you still have to go through them and be selective anyway. I think looking for the people yourself is the way to go.

If you're interested, PM me, and I can put you in touch with two extremely well-known, top professionals who perform book tests in their acts and know just about everything there is to know about the subject.

Right now I already get a good review from Tom Cutts, and I believe Mr. Ted Lesley, Banacheck and Ian Rowland will also put some review on it too.
I hope that it will be in the market soon.
Many thanks!

Some people might not of understood what I meant. I was commenting on how amazing the effect was, I wasn't saying that I didn't believe him.

Message: Posted by: mindgames (Jun 16, 2003 10:11PM)

Hi Mindgames,
I have read this post after I have written a pm to you. I may offer myself to you if you like to have a commend from a totally different culture (and view of course)other than American and west European ones. Let me mention I am not that kind of person saying "good " to everything plus, in my country the book tests are not so popular in my country. In the international shows which I do for the people from abroad. I use Ted Lesley's version, Max maven's Autome and soem book tests from Annemannn succesfully.
Love to hear from you soon.
