Topic: A living picture of Houdini
Message: Posted by: veegates (Nov 12, 2009 03:51PM)
Hi,
This is a fun section of the forum. I am a big fan of the magicians of the past. I just finished a drawing of the Great Houdini. I wanted it to be a little different so I made it mechanical. Fun and kind of creepy, but it does help explain how Houdini pulled off a few of his escapes.

Hope you take a peek and enjoy. There are a few other videos of pieces I made the represent magic from years gone back.
Thanks
Veegates

Nice. You're automaton was far more interesting though. You obviously know much about automation. Very impressive. Keep us posted on anything new or old you come up with.

I tried to go there and it says that you removed the video from the site. Why?

Hi,
Thanks to all for the positive reponses. I had a few people write to me and say they could not see any of the details of the first video. I took another video and posted it. I thought it would have the same address, but....
Anyway, please take peek at the new version and let me know what you think, OK?
