Topic: Question Regarding Sic Bo

Are any of you aware of a casino that currently has Sic Bo on the floor?

I am particularly interested in learning if they use a random number generator to determine the starting positions rather than a Sic Bo dice shaker, but just knowing which jursidictions have the game is a start.

Sic Bo is played in my local casino (Canada). Not sure about the RNG or shaker, I will try and pass by this weekend to see.

Brett, As far as I know as I live in canada too, Niagara Falls still does the manual shaker, Casino Rama uses the Dome which has the 3 dice inside and its covered while the platform vibrates... The casino where I'm currently at used to have sic bo and it was the one with no dealer and the 3 dice inside the dome in the middle was huge, but it didn't last too long... it has now been replaced with rapid roulette...

Correction:

I'm reviewing both Sic Bo and Pai Gow Poker and forgot to add Pai Gow, resulting in asking the wrong question about Sic Bo and not mentioning Pai Gow.

Pai Gow uses a dice shaker to establish the dealing order, although an RNG is used for that purpose replacing dice.

In Sic Bo, either a dice shaker or a clear dome that shakes the dice is used, but I've heared that some games are using an RNG to replcace the dice.
