THE BONES OF THE VAMPIRE

Believed to be circa 1600, these oddly shaped bones were exhumed from a ossery in central London. Why they were buried apart from any others is unclear, as is the mystery as to why they were buried inside a silver box containing a rosary and salt. The box was stolen by graverobbers, who were later found outside the catherdral, deranged with fear and speaking about 'beings' in the shadows. After handing over the box, they dissapeared, never to be heard from again. After the church determined that the bones had no special significance or occult powers, they were buried in the cemetary of Highgate, however, without their protective (and valuable) casing. When renovations were carried out in the 1960s, the bones were accidentally unearthed...and 'collected'....

Now free of all holy bindings, it seems the bones exhibit strange powers around 'certain' individuals....Are you brave enough to invite the evil in?...

Lozy, who did you get to pose for your avatar? Obviously much too sweet and innocent to represent your true visage--
Lady, with this and your recent Voodoo Skin, you are on a roll! Congratulations!

Indeed, the symbol etched deer jaw bones you introduced recently were captivating too. I looked at the pic, but wished there were a clearer view of the vampire bones. THe intro story line is very nice. really captures the imagination.

A tease, leaving us to wonder about the powers of the bones.

Most enjoyable,

Props like that don't usually see bright sunlight LOL :D

Holders of the bones have reported that they sometimes appear to almost have a life of their own, moving, rocking or turning over in response to the presense of certain people. The larger ones seem to object to being placed upright, toppling themselves over after a few minutes in a very deliberate fashion. Properly invoked and placed under a glass, they have also been known to rap in answer to sitters questions....

Now things are getting eerie. Moving, rapping bones sound like an almost required purchase for every self respecting bizarrist.

Where may the asking price be found?

THank you sister Lozey
