Topic: Photos of magicians performing cups and balls |

I wonder if there are nice photos of grandmasters or yourself in action with the cups. I l will look like this by the time I am qualified to show you guys. http://www.gifts4magicians.com/p/product/0911181791-Chinese+cups+and+balls+bronze/ Francis |

Not exactly "in action", but... http://i1088.photobucket.com/albums/i326/DavidDevlin666/DevlinFlyerMASTER-1.jpg :devilish: |

Thank you! Hope to see more members in action. Francis |

Here's a couple |

Great pictures, Payne. Where was the second one taken? |
Nice pics, Payne. The great, big cup in the first picture - is that a photographic distortion or is the cup really as big as it appears to be? |
If I'm right Payne's second picture was taken in Venice (hint : you've got the word "gondole" on a green card in the left back of the picture). Oliver. |
Ah as in Gondola! I was trying to figure that out but too lazy/preoccupied to Google it. Makes sense. Now I'm extra jealous...I'm dying to see Italy! Thanks Oliver :) |

Two different personas (pre-long hair, too), in two different venues. From the country club to the street... |

Very nice, Michael - these are fun to see! |
The backgrounds on Master Payne's snaps are a dead giveaway. Venice is obvious from the dome, not the sign and the other, large shot, background looks like the sky in Seattle on the one day last year without rain. :kermit: :cups: :kermit: |

It seems each photo wants to tell it's glorious moments, so authentic... Hi kentfgunn, I could not access your facebook photo.. Not sure if it's just me with my iPad. Francis |
Pete - forgive me for not being more traveled. I'm only LIVING in friggin' Europe :P Francis - Kent hasn't posted on here (unless he did and then made his photos disappear.) |
Hi Andrew, I thought he did with a link, just after your previous message.. It's must be magic! Francis |
Nice pictures, Michael. |

@Payne, Now THAT is a routine that I would like to see. |
Here I am, performing the chop cup at the Odeon Theatre, Texas Renaissance Festival, 2000. http://www.billpalmer.com/cup.jpg |

Great shot, Bill. |
Hi Bill, are those custom-made pouches with belt? The costume looks magical. Francis |
The pictures, especially Master Payne's are inspiring. Seeing Bill appropriately dressed as a Wizard was also grand fun. I tried to link some pictures, via facebook, since I actually have no server like all you tech-savvy guys. Doesn't matter. I don't have the theatrical experience to pull off the styles of MP or BP. Mr. Baker, I like that you can perform at both ends of the spectrum like that! Good stuff- KG |

Payne I noticed your mask you are wearing in the Venezia picture. Was this during Carnivale? |

At least if one is married to a costumer.
On 2011-02-24 00:53, mahucharn wrote: @Payne, Now THAT is a routine that I would like to see. @michael baker -- thank you. @francisngkl -- Those pouches were made for me by a fellow named Wolfgang Hengst, who learned leather work in his native Germany. He lived in a small town called Washington-on-the-Brazos, Texas, for many years. I haven't heard from him in about 14 years now. The pouches are made with removable flaps so that when I am wandering around in the crowd, I don't have to worry about rude little hands creeping into my pouch and pinching a few spondulicks. ;) Or rude large hands, for that matter. |

Thanks Bill. And Master Payne, what a performance. I LOL and my wife has to come out to see if I turn nuts...I enjoy it totally, wish I was there. |
Payne, Your routine is one of the most entertaining I have ever seen, I am truly inspired. Thanks for posting it. |
