Not at all. Colin Mcleod is a fine example of a mentalist who has his own character. but the little gambits used here are to much like Derren including the " don't think of an..." gambit.

No problem, I hear where your coming from and you are most welcome to share your thoughts. I just think one has to be careful of comparing everything to Derren, simply beacuse he has made certain effects popular.
