Topic: One darned funny cloud bursting video |

At first I thought this was a joke, but I think this guy is serious: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6r9zeh9Wp7s&feature=relmfu It's almost a cool effect, but it's the strange voice/accent thing he takes on and the heavy breathing that really add to the comedic effect. Here's an even funnier one by the same guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNYo69XiDfA&feature=relmfu "Tunn in do a skuwair shape kulood." |

He's serious...there are stories of Elvis driving people to the middle of the desert to show them the same thing (well, one story). He wasn't making holes, he was moving them. After concentrating for 15 minutes, they conceded that Elvis did in fact move the cloud, and he happily drove everyone home, where he promptly shot his TV. |

This was in "the men who stare at goats". |

I'm reminded of a comic strip "The Wizard of Id." The Wizard is standing on the beach making mystical gestures out toward the water. The local lord is talking to the king and says; "You have to give the wizard credit, he's going to get the tide to go out if it takes him twelve hours to do it!" |

This guy was just so funny with the voice that I had to share. I don't mean to put him down, he could be a very nice guy, but that voice is so freakin' funny, especially because it's played so straight. But I still think "The Predator" was the coolest thing in that movie. "It's 100% biodegradable, and it can hurt you 1,000 different ways. It has warrior capacities, and it looks a little bit funny." |
