Wanted to tell everyone about a great 'customer service' experience I recently had...
About 5-6 years ago, I bought SB Magic's Dice Chop Cup from Elmwood Magic. Thought it was really cool- but didn't put the time in to learn the routine.
Fast forward to last week- I was cleaning out the old magic closet and found the cup- wow. Forgot how cool it was, and now I want to learn. Well, unfortunately I must have lost the manual (as I recall it came with a pretty good routine). So... I sent an email to Stephane to see if I could purchase a new booklet. He wrote back next day and asked for my address- he's sending one out at no charge.
How's that for service?
