I ordered a USD $650.00 Automatic Giand Card Castle for a friend at http://www.kapmagic.com well over a month ago and haven't recieved my order, nor have they responded to my emails. Does anyone have any experience or advice with this dealer?

I ordered from this site a few months ago. They were quick to reply and get my order. But, after 2 weeks, they never replied back to my emails. Good thing, payment was made via PayPal. I complained and reported and made a dispute. PayPal refunded everything back to me.

Yes. I am also experiencing troubles with Kapmagic. I ordered a product for $640 on 14 Jul 2012. It is now 10 August and still waiting. I emailed them several times enquiring about the order, but no reply.
I Just looked for the website http://www.kapmagic.com and it looks like it is down. I also paid via paypal, so hopefully I can get my money back.
