When a supplier/dealer lets us down, takes too long to deliver etc. we are quick to post our frustrations online.

Well here is a big pat on the back for Card-Shark.
I placed an order for a few Phoenix decks on Tuesday afternoon.
They arrived Wednesday lunchtime!

Less than 24hours from ordering them to receiving them; from Germany to Holland.

Great service

Just thought it deserved a mention

Less than 24 hours over that distance is very good. Might even be breaking a record of some sort

Wow. That is great service! I think many of us would be guilty of not offering our gratitude when delivery is speedy or the product or general service exceeds our expectations.

More praise and less hate will make the world a nicer place to live!

Well, the Germans are said to be meticulous. In a good sense, of course, as the above examples show.

Spot on! The ParaLabs fellas leave no stone unturned... Products and Service are both top notch.

The Paralabs guys are just fantastic.
They've helped me with something that is to be released in about 1 week.

Something which I am very proud of.
It wouldn't have happened without their help
