Topic: Good Jumbo Card routine for Kids?
Message: Posted by: Sleightofbrain (Sep 5, 2012 10:12AM)
...to be performed for Kids BY a kid.
He's 8 and loves to practice but wanted to find something where his hand size won't be a factor.
Any leads?

The Four Card Monte (as described in The Wizards' Journal #17) is a good starter with any type jumbo cards. I used to draw hats and rabbits on cardboard when I was younger and made my own. Now that I have a computer, I can print out nicer looking cards than any they had for sale in magic stores back in those days, and with themes of my own choosing.

Once you learn the basic principles, you can then move on to the The Three Little Pigs (Wiz J #16), or "Cats and Dogs" (Wiz J # 18) which use the same moves.
