Looks like a triple threat being nested one coin at a time and he is ringing in 3 regular chinese coins one at a time after each silver dollar nest. Looked really good.

I think you nailed it Jconstantine. Not a big fan of the lapping.

I only understood Cheeena and thank you at the very end but wow it was a great effect no matter how he did it. Very visual.

Having just received the Double Face STC I thought the same thing, Todd. Though I am equally stumped as to how I would handle them to get the same result! I don't have a Triple Threat coin set so I guess that is a good possibility too. Who knows? Maybe they're just regular coins and he is doing real magic! ;)

The second video you posted used the UWC or ultimate wild coin set by Todd Lassen. He sells a clad set on his commercial website for a very fair price. I own a set and love them. Here's the link.

But with UWC how does he show the hole in the chinese coin? I am confused about that :(

I don't know about the chinese one with the hole. I have one with sold silver clad and solid copper coins. Same effect. Maybe the chinese coin set is a custom set.

Paco Roda's presentacion is very good, for answers about the coins you might look at Todd's April 2008 post.

Anyone interested in 3 coins changing from silver to copper should definitly get the lassen clad set on his site!
