Wow. that's actually really neat! It's probably not as complicated as it appears, like Michael Jackson's forward lean, or that trick where someone sits in thin air. Either way, that is something I must now figure out >:).

It doesn't look like he is pushing when doing the push ups at all, rather bobbing up and down
