Topic: Ultra Slow Motion Card Vanish - my homage to Dai Vernon
Message: Posted by: Andrew Csirmaz (Jul 21, 2013 04:41PM)
Hi Everybody,

I am happy to share a very humble video with you all. I shot it on my webcam so no big production value here, only a trick presented in a very straightforward way.
I was inspired by Dai Vernon's Slow Motion Card Vanish, and this is what I came up with: the Ultra Slow Motion Card Vanish.

Enjoy, and please tell me your thoughts!
Thanks!

Andrew

It looks very good. Now, it's hard to do something more angular, and it makes it as usable in real life as video editing, doesn't it?

It is definitely a one on one type of trick, but it can be pulled off if you feel brave enought to try ;)
Doing it at eye level makes it a bit more controllable.

I love it! If you can do it again as a color change, I'm starting a religion.

Yes, very angle sensitive but Dai Vernon's version had this problem too...

Oh, and yes, I like it
