Topic: Scryer's 13 |

I just received the review copy of the new book "13" and this IS Really. . . Really. . . Remarkable work, some truly Classic materiel is in HERE and is full of Sure fire Reputation Makers. . . All I can say is WOW. . . that I'm very honored to be a part of it and I have the feeling that this book will be on the Top Shelf of most libraries. After reading Scryers work my mind is truly blown, (I Think I Might Need to Go Lay Down) and don't get me started on Jerome's piece... I was speechless. I haven't read the whole book yet, just skimming thru the pages and there is Killer stuff from all who contributed. AWESOME Work GUYS!!! |

I just got my review copy 13 too! Wow! may a bit of an understatement. Just read where Scryer and Ted K. created an effect with my Alpha Spinning Nickles that caused my jaw to drop to the floor. My God the stuff that is in this work is top notch. This is a must own for all of you Scryer Fans. Even if your not a Scryer fan I am sure you will find something in these pages that you will want to use. The contributors to this work are some of my personal hero’s in mentalism. Well I got some more reading to do! |
Well I do own all of Scryers works, and had intended to buy this come next paycheck or a good weekend of tips left on the bar. Thanks for the previews gentleman, and thank you Mr Scryer for being wonderful. Xo Sid |
I am still waiting... I envy you lucky ones who got yours. My buddy got one yesterday, and I only perused his and I am convinced it is the BEST Scryer work to date! |
How are they getting a copy early. It's not due for release until September 1st? |
Good Evening Brethren, most of the early release copies are for review and some are for contributors. For those who have preordered or ordered their copy... Not to worry (smiles warmly) they are right around the corner and you will not be disappointed. |
Ah! I understand better why you say 13 is fantastic! Same for me, all material I receive for free is fantastic! lol |
(Smiles Gently) I understand Parmenion...as the feeling that you are a True fan of Scryer, (shrugs) (could be right, could be wrong) However My spirt Guides just spoke to me...They told me that the Heart is Pure and your Intention is Good. Many Blessings my Brother of the Sacred Arts. |

LOL, You're not related to MDantes are you? perhaps same church! |

There is a piece in the book by Jerome Finley, which to me was the highlight of the book, as it addresses my current direction. I'm hopfull that Jerome will expand on the piece with a full lenght book. Jerome's input , in my situation was of sufficient value to purchase the book solely for his one piece. SB |

I like the cover of this book, for me, it's a sufficient value to purchase the book solely for the artwork. |

Yes aye breddren. Aye have been look forward to this release, to all of Neal's and the contributor's new work. (Especially JFinley's and PTurner's, to name a few) Aye give thanks to Richard for all if his hard work and genius, to Steven's and to Neal for bringing all of these heavy hitters to the table and offering our community another home run. (And again, for bringing Richard back into our awareness, of course) Needless to say, Yes Aye! S H O C K I N G |

I finally got my copy last week, and I've not put it down for a moment, except to go to work. Mr Scryers books have made a big difference in my ability to create wonder wherever I go. I have dedicated a whole shelf to the works of Mr Scryer, in my otherwise humble studio apartment, and it is a wonderful space that brings a smile to my face each time I arrive home, after a long night at the bar. I know Mr Scryer lives in NYC, and if he's reading this please come by Otto's on 14th Street and give me the honor of buying you a drink. Thank you Mr Scryer, Sid |

I performed the Pendulum Routine last evening for a ladies group, and it was a smashing success. The ladies wouldn't stop talking about this piece, and it made me very happy to have received such a strong reaction. I work very hard behind the bar to make a living, and my purchases need to be wise investments, and 13 apparently was a good one. My favorite book of the series. Thanks, Sid |

Could someone comment on whether Jerome's piece is the same piece he also published in Q&A 2 with homer arcana? Thanks |
To my knowladge Smoking Camel, I do not know...as that I unfortunalty do not have a copy of Jerome's and Homer's QA2. (Which I've heard great reviews of by the way) however Jerome's piece in 13 is a Phenomenal Killer. |
