Can't vouch for the accuracy, but the maps are fascinating.

Fascinating! Thanks.

I would like to see one for magic.

Loved it! 40 useless maps of the world.

I found them interesting.

Too bad there is no "like" button. LOL I have always been very interested in maps and worked as a basemapper (ink on mylar) a long time ago. I used to have a very highly valued (by me) collection of maps of all of the planets in our solar system including some of their moons but the entire collection was stolen, go figure.

As a former GIS and maps specialist - before dumping it all for magic and music - I can tell you that there are no useless maps Dennis. In fact, maps are among the most efficient and informative ways to transmit knowledge. That being said, cartography can also be a devious business. There is a book you might find interesting written by a cartographer titled Lies Maps Tell Us.

All I was say, I find no useful purpose to me, on those maps, even though I enjoyed them.

Now a treasure map, I might find interesting much more.

BTW, I waste many hours with Google maps, (Google Earth, and Moon are my favoriate, as well as the Mars Land Rovers.)

As Lewis Carroll pointed out, we could use the earth as a map.
