Topic: Where did all the issues go?
Message: Posted by: superej68 (Jun 16, 2014 06:36AM)
I just saw the new Genii digital, and all the issues are missing from 1950-2013. Are these issues ever going to be brought back?

We are rescanning everything from scratch--60,000 pages. The balance of the back issues will be put up in the next few months (I mentioned this in Genii Speaks).

Will you be alternating scans between newer and older to more effectively fill the gap?

Yes.

I did notice that the October 2011 Edition was substituted with a duplicate scan of October 2012. There are two Max Malini issues when there should be the Buck Twins?

Fixing that!

So how many years before the 1994 - 2010 issues are available? You may say all 73 years or whatever are there for borwsing, but it looks like a misdirection to me.

We are putting up more issues every day. We're up to 2002 now. Everything should be up by the end of next week.

LOVING this feature! Of course it's great to go back and read the issues decades before I was even born, but it's also fun to go back and re-read issues I remember from 10-15 years ago.

Every back issue from 1936 to the present is now up, and can be read on any device by any subscriber. About 57,000 pages.
