Magician unkown. To get you started, one site that has a great deal of e boobs is, http://www.lybrary.com/magic-c-21.html. To mention a few others [as john says there are many} Ttheory 11. Dan and Dave.Penguin magic, Vanishing inc, and The Blue crown. Many mgicians sell their own e books on their own sites. In regards to e books them selves. They take up no space. They can be read on many portable devices, and you get instant gratification and there is no shipping cost. CONS: maany people like physical books, tyey are not as hard on the eyes. Books retain their value. Some books even increase in value. Magic being a smaller hobby sells less books and they go out of print quickly.Ex Theencyclopedia of sponge gall magic, By frank garcia commands a high price because it is rare. You cannot ethically sell an e book, you still retain the information and so you only coppied it. One more thing, many sites will let you redownload e books if you lose them to a crash or stolen computer.Just save your logon name and password. However ,as always, Back Up your information on a external hard drive, Thumb drive or DVD. One of the best resources for information and reviews is the forum you are on right now. Glenn |
If that were true you couldn't sell any book, because you still retained the information (learned and remembered the tricks). It would be unethical to sell an e-book and retain a copy but I see nothing wrong with selling it and deleting all copies. Here's an interesting article on the "First Sale Doctrine" and how it is being eroded with EULAs. https://freedom-to-tinker.com/blog/abridy/digital-death-copyrights-first-sale-doctrine/ If the eBook you buy (e.g. a PDF file) doesn't have a EULA that says you're merely licensing the content not buying it, there should be no reason you can't re-sell it (again, provided you do not retain any copies). |
