Topic: Instant Deck and Card Change

Okay,
Now that I got your attention with the title, I need some help with credits.
Have any of you helpful magicians seen anything similar to this? There are no gimmicks, just all card manipulation.
I'm specifically looking for info on the card change during the rotation of the deck(13 seconds into the video).
Also, card can be signed on the face. Same card at the beginning as it is at the end.
