I may be being dense here - but having had a quick look at his site - why post that in the all tied up section? I see no mention of escapes anywhere. Not criticising anyone just wondering out loud.

Dave:

Charlie's website may make no mention of Escapology (I haven't read it all yet)...but believe me---during the 1970's he was ALL OVER the news media, performing his WTC and other escapes (featured in numerous magic trade magazines, regular newspapers & magazines, American Television appearances, etc.)

He wasn't as big as Baker back then, but Charlie was a force to be reckoned with - at least for the publicity he generated.

What you might call "an arrow escape".

OK, OK, sorry about that :)

Aw Riley.... Even I would not have made that pun, and I seldom turn down the opportunity.

He had to take a shot at it.

Still at least we are not the BUTT of the jokes! (I have to explain in the midlands in the UK we call the straw archer target a Butt)

Still using bows and arrows in the Midlands, Dave? Lol
Message: Posted by: dave_matkin (May 3, 2016 01:56PM)
We prefer pointy sticks and clubs .... most of the folk in the midlands couldn't handle the instructions for bows let a lone arrows!!!! Way too complex for us.

Bows, a problem? With Dave, there's always a string attached.
