Yes, but the book doesn't explain how to "ring in" the gimmick. Thoughts?

Using a wallet s****h works. There is also a really nice display that Greg Wilson does with Foreign Affair and Illegal Tender that you can use as well. If you want to borrow the bill, you can do the old gag of "perfect you gave this to me right?" and place it in your wallet. There are a few options
