I have studied thumb tie....the several methods...I have mine...but this is without a doubt the best...unfortunately I have no idea...

Any idea on some source to study for this method?

1 min 20 in and I am bored. So I am not sure if it's the best.

You can achieve the same effect with any thumb tie. I like Lossander's Chain breaker.

I was talking about the methodology not the routine itself....how convincing, fast, totally out of control, hand off is the tying..

Just so I am clear Mr. Hobson.... it was not the tie that I was bored with. It was the presentation - having had another look - I think for me the issue is partly the angle it was filmed at and not being able to make out any of the banter between the magician and audience.
