Saw this video on Lou Hilario's youtube page. What a joyous platform act! The balloon ring is something I have never seen before. It wowed the audience.

Love the balloon ring, can it be done with smaller 260 balloons in a ring,

He does an amazing job with it. Such good acting to heighten the impact. The assistant also does some mime work to keep the illusion going. It is one of best production effects to come out in years. A four foot, 3D object appearing from a small container with no phoney moves is shocking. If I was still doing surrounded platform shows it would be an instant add. In Asia it is a bit overdone (as is the whole theme of objects from sack) but very few are doing it today in US. Have only seen one circus clown magician perform it here.

Yes. A two to three foot ring of round balloons is how it is more traditionally done. This giant ring version may be unique to him.

I saw David Brenion (Nifty Balloons) perform a rotating / floating balloon ring as a part of his performance of a routine called "Best in Show", where he makes a giant balloon dog, from the same balloons used in the ring, at the end. He did this a few years ago at the KAX Convention (KIDabra & Axtell) in California, and he also taught the routine in his lecture.

I've never seen a levitating balloon ring like that. Very nice.

Thank you for your appreciation. I created this to act as misdirection for my quick change. I was introduced as our president here so I had to look like him in the beginning.
Anyway, this is one of the props I plan to market later on for magicians and balloonists. It is remote controlled and the wheel size of the balloons can be adjusted.
