Nobody is answering my emails at CAM. I filled out the membership form on the CAM website, but more than a week later I have not heard back from anybody. Then I sent a message to Murray Hatfield on the CAM contact page but have not heard back from him. Then I sent Ben Proudfoot a private message here on the Café, but have not heard back. Is CAM no longer active?
