I guess I just always assumed none of that had real fruit in it anyhow. |

Recently, there was a 'scandal' about Subway tuna sandwiches not containing tuna, arising from a lawsuit. After some tests came back confirming tuna, they plaintiffs argued that the tuna was not skipjack or yellowfin tuna as Subway claimed. If certain food products contain harmful things or neglect to caution eg food allergies through false labeling, there is certainly cause for concern. But in some lawsuits, it seems some people are fishing for money. Lynn |
