First, what do you enjoy more, mentalism or metal bending?

It really depends on what you're looking for.
Tell us the kind of effect you're looking for.

Vol 1 & 2 : Mental magic
Vol 3 : Muscle reading
Vol 4 : PK

I think Vol 4 is the best.

I have seen about 30 minutes of volume three and to be honest, its not at my level yet. Its to hard for me and I think beggining with volume 3 would be jumping steps.

I have never praticed any metal bending, but would love to.

Kind of effect I like. Most of what Osterlind do in is mind mysteries vol 1-2.

thanks all

If you look for the kind of effect there is in Osterlind 1 and 2, go for 1 and 2 from Banachek.

To choose between vol 1 and 2 is not easy, both have great routines. Just look at the description of the effects to make your choice between those two.

Vol 4 goes deep into the metal bending. and, much like the Lovell DVD's, also teaches angels and the why's behind the diff. bends, angle etc..

Lovell and Banachek teach 'angels'.

Well I thought they were good but not that good...
