Hello,

I did a search on "Bolt" but did not get too much results :)

* I am looking for "Ball thru bolt" like tricks.
Does anyone know a good "Ball thru bolt" or "Ring Off Brass Bolt" ? Is there one better than other ? With no switch for example ?

Here are some link example :

* I am also interested in this same kind of effect but different object : "Block & Bolt" by Jay Leslie

Any comment about this "Block & Bolt" ?

Thank you for any help !

The steel ball through bolt is a good beginner's trick. Very easy to do and well made. I used it when I first started out. Nothing is switched out.

I bought mine at Tannens when I went to new york. Its a nice effect, well engineered and is actually a fun trick to play with. The only thing that I find is that its difficult... if you really want a good reaction you really have to be good at slight of hand and misdirection. The reason is because in the instructions they recommend using a handkerchief but I find its not a good enough effect with the handkerchief. You can do it without but that's where the misdirection and slight of hand comes in. If you use the handkerchief it is a great beginner's trick.
