Since I was 16 I have been hassel almost every year by someone in escapes. A few days ago I got a call that said that Baker, Manzini and I were to old and in the way. we should step down. Well I feel even if I am old I still have some to give that's why I am releasing a new show this spring.
I don't have to ask Baker or Manzini how they feel. They will never be pushed around. Some people are thinking of getting outof escapes. Now is not the time. Contrversy will only bring more attention to it, hence more work. The old timers went through tis all the time, but they were tough enough to stick with it. Now is really the time to get up and get going. manzini and I are going to do a series of dangerous escapes. I know Baker would like to work withme and that may happen. Don't get scared off by stupid e mails and calls. Baker, Shirk, Manzini and I are all here because we don't back down from these kinds of stupid threats.
When Houdini was alive there was nothing but controversy, either challenges between escape artist or arguments with mediums. that's the nature of the business. that's no reason to turn tail and run.Very shortly this whole craft will fall into the hands on you young ones. If your not there, then what? Norm

I'm not backing down or leaving I left before I was a teen and just got back into it almost two years ago. I look at all of the books/props I could of gotten over the years. but I'm here to stay. and as for being old I think there is a lady in her 70's/80's that just did metamorphosis with someone not to long ago. if she can do it why cant someone younger then her do a escape.
