https://youtu.be/2qARspipSi0?is=kNCAsgdNxrjsLjqs Sounds like a very good trick. Buy: MysteryPK — Premium Magic & Mentalism Apps https://share.google/OIaemow6S7FsCQ5s3 Please note: This app is primarily designed for an English-speaking audience, although it works with any name. |

My concern is about the URL/ website.
Once you leave your audience after the effect, will they find something fishy if they keep using the site (eg to look up other names)? |

There was absolutely a thread about this before, but I can't find it anymore either.
There is nothing to find on the website after the effect as it disconnects from the secret and becomes just a regular website. Technically they're still left with some hidden evidence, due to the "peekless peeks" that are integrated within the website method. I'm not really at liberty to say more. I don't use that feature so I keep it off, there'd be nothing for a spectator to find when I perform. That does mean I need to use a device to peek, though. I had shared this full performance in the other thread with permission from the creator so people could see exactly how the setup looks like, and what you can achieve with the integration function: |

Thanks Patrick. Nice job! I am a bit confused though. If you want to use the peek-less peek, can they backtrack later and how easy is this effect to use and learn in general? Thanks a lot. It is expensive for a casual hobbyist but if easy enough I could see getting a lot of use out of it just randomly out and about. And I too remember a prior thread on this topic.

The app itself is easy to use and set up. Using a device to peek is automatic, you'll get the peek when they search.
Using a peekless peek does take a bit of mental concentration, I don't really know if it would be easy or difficult for certain people. You have to keep track of things in your mind. If you use the peekless peek, yes there will be evidence left on the website on their phone and they could backtrack. Don't forget, you can also use integrations with other apps, so for example you could have them look up a name, and then look at the meaning. You then ask them to go to your Instagram and read your bio and it predicts that the word "***" will have some significance today. *** being the meaning of the name just searched. And the beautiful part is, when you ask them to go to Instagram, you can casually take out your phone as well and peek the name. "Take out your phone (take out your phone)" etc. So after they read the meaning predicted, you can then also reveal the first name of the person. Just an example, my point is you can use your phone as a motivated peek within a routine, like I did in the performance shared. |

My problem is, in this day and age you'd probably just ask google or chat gpt. People are going to actual websites to find out information less and less these days. So whats the shelf life on this and when does directing them to a specific site become weird and no longer perceived as natural. I think this would have been incredible before the advent of AI.

I do not have this but think you could sell it as going to a specific website that discusses the meaning of various names. In my view that makes sense as opposed to just asking AI. Or at least would not seem unusual.

From the participants point of view: Why would I have to go to a website and not just use AI? People aren't going to websites as often anymore. At most they are going to google and reading the AI generated response at the top but lots of people, especially those under 40, just default to their AI to ask a question. It's a neat idea, but doesn't really align with how people look up information in 2026

It doesn't feel weird in the moment because it makes sense. Maybe that's not how they would do it on their own, but that's probably because they don't know of any website to look up name meanings. So they would google "name meanings website" or just straight up ask what the name means. But if someone wants you to look up the meaning of a name and gives you a website specifically for that, it's not that weird. If I asked you to go to Wikipedia and look up ping pong, you wouldn't think "Why couldn't I just google ping pong?" The Nameseek website gives more than just a name definition, it has personality traits as well. It's a personality website. Think of the name of someone you know, we're going to find out some things about their personality - go to xyz.com, look up their name. It gives you a little personality profile of the person. Focus on the meaning of their name, etc. |

That doesn't answer the question though: Why can't I just use chatgpt? It can tell me the meaning of names easily, see? Ok I'm typing in a name in chat gpt. Whats the meaning?
The premise is flawed in 2026. People are not going to websites as often any more. If you asked a 20 something year old to go to wikipedia to look up something, they're just going to open chatgpt because it gives them the information just the same, and can even read wikipedia pages itself. Gotta keep up with the times and how people use their phones and the internet, especially with app magic. If it feels unnatural to the participant it will stick out like a sore thumb, and having to go to any specific website rather than just google or use gemini or chatgpt or something feels completely unnatural to those under 40. |

I disagree, but also you assuming that I’m the one who misunderstood you is a bit funny. I did say that on their own, that might be how they would naturally do things, but that doesn’t mean that given another avenue that makes sense, that they would be suspicious or balk at it.
Websites are not obsolete, maybe some day this will be the case. |

I think the disagreement comes down to a simple point.
"Think of the name of someone you know, we're going to find out some things about their personality - go to xyz.com, look up their name. It gives you a little personality profile of the person. Focus on the meaning of their name, etc. " Ok but why? ChatGpt/any ai chatbot can do that too if you just prompt it to "give me a personality reading for this name, including numerology, gematria, astrology, etc etc etc"... so if the premise is that you can give readings based on a name, or divine a name they are only thinking of why would they need to go to a specific website when they already have a more than capable tool on their phone that is more natural and organic for them to use? Of course it's because that's what the method requires, but presentation wise? I do think it's an age thing, as the younger generation simply aren't visiting websites as often as previous ones. |

You keep ignoring my point. It doesn't matter how YOU would do it on your own. Not everyone uses ChatGPT instead of Google, and more people than you think don't even know how to properly use Google (just literally ask it what you want). If I asked someone to look up the meaning of someone's name, I'm willing to bet most people would look to me for guidance and ask "What do you want me to look up?/What do I type?"
Until it's a completely regular thing for everyone to use AI or Google instead of websites, it will never be weird for someone to suggest they do it their way instead of yours, if their way still makes sense. The website is meant for that, it's not a weird request. It's just not the way you would do it. Who cares. Could it be problematic with some people? Sure. You'd clearly make a fuss

Step by step I get tired and nerved by all those APPs. Too many updates, different interferences between Apps, too many things to watch out, ...just too much. I reduced totally the use of Apps. Sorry - maybe getting older

Hell google doesn't even show you websites any longer it shows AI summaries. The point is going over your head. I am saying that is what you are likely to hear from someone young these days if you ask them to look up the meaning of a name. And you don't seem to have an answer as to why they need to go to a website rather than just ask ChatGPT, which is what is more natural for people these days. It has nothing to do at all with how I would do it, and everything to do with keeping up with how people are actually using technology and the internet these days. When someone asks you why they have to go to a certain website, and why they can't just type the name into chatgpt what is your presentation and response? Yes WE know that the method requires it, but what is your presentation? Because trust me, you will be met with this in the real world. |

"It's funny, chatgpt gave me this answer that seemed pretty cool, then I tried gemini just for fun and it was cool too. But when I showed it to this other guy I was with, he's like, there's an awesome website for that actually, and what's cooler, it's like, built for that, I dunno, so it seemed pretty awesome and gave me answers to things I didn't even think to ask. Kinda cool. Here, look..."
