I was wondering if anyone knows the name of Blaine's trick with the signature on the dollar bill on his TV special. The one where the specs signature replaces the one where the secretary's would be. If you know where I could purchase it, or if you accept payment to learn it, I would be very appreciative. Thanks guys!

Im sorry I don't know but I think this certain trick would need quite a lot of preparation.
Mabe some thing to do with the guy signing for something in a shop and blue papering the signature on to the note.
IMOH to much messing about for the shop owners cooperation, he could think you were frauding or some thing like that.
Even though cool effect.

Ummm this is in his magicman special or on his "fearless" DVD,and on the DvD they call it "The Red Man" but this is due to what the spectator is wearing.

The effect is called "Conuterfeit Spectator" and is found at AOA-II. The effect needs some preparation but once performed properly will leave your spec to talk about for LONG time.
