Years ago I was doing card tricks at a party. One particular girl asked for more...running out of material I did card to mouth; not something I'd recommend for girls.
Some time later, she showed me her box of 'precious things' - the folded card with my toothmarks was in it. We married 25 years ago this year. Sadly she died last year. RIP Lucy. |

Take a tarot class. They seem to be full of women.

Girls like confidence, and they like feeling special. Doing a magic trick can convey both of those, or you can come across as creepy and aggressive. It all depends on the person.

Not only is that community full of sexism - they are completely wrong at just about everything when it comes to evolution and psychology. While it is true that the pick up techniques may - MAY- work for short-term relationships, it won't get you far beyond that one night stand and not only that - it's borderline rape. Pick-Up artists advocate going to bars (mainly because alcohol makes people less resistant to other peoples b******t). The reality is - The science is pretty certain.... Bars are the single worst place on the planet to meet the opposite sex. In fact- only less than 11% of encounters ever end up as relationships & the numbers are much lower for men (2%) than for women (9%) I feel the same about Pick=Up Artists as Houdini did for the Spiritualists. Because Pick-Up Artists advocate butchered up science, and most of what they teach hasn't or can't be proven to work - Pick-Up Gurus are nothing more than snake oil salesmen.
