This prop is an old effect. It restors a selected playing that has been torn into pieces. The pieces are placed into a small attached pot on the front of tv screen. The performer reaches a removes a corner of the card and hands it to the spectator. There is a ribbon that runs across the screen. The performer lights a match and places it in the pot. A flash and there in the screen is the card restored, except for a missing corner which the spectator's piece matches perfectly.
What can anyone tell me about this.

Me thinks this was originally a Jack Huges effect or at least he manufactured and sold one. (It's in the Hughes books.) More recently Supreme offered a nice version.
