I personally think that mentalism is more suited for a formal setting. I'm not bashing anything, but I've found that some mental effects are better off the streets.

that being said, there are some that are definately FOR the streets.

I like using the elevator for levitations, because somtimes people think they know how its done with the balducci (only sometimes), and then I do it with a frontal view.

I know this is a little off topic but.....
I don't know if you guys notice, brainwave deck had a better effect but I actually get better reactions with invisible deck.
I don't know if this is the same with you but this is just my opinion.
Please post your opinions.

P.S I recomend a B2 bomber,it gets great reactions when you pierce and restore a borrowed bill.

Brainwave is the one where the card comes out face up and has a different color back than the rest of the deck, yes?

I had that deck once. I didn't like counting to the card, and frankly I was a little put off at the idea of pulling a "red" deck out of a "blue" case and finding a blue-backed card face up in it. Maybe it's me, but that always put me off!

Well, I liek to use the Brainwave Deck. It's like the Invisible Deck, but I think it's a little better.

Don`t agree at all. ID is much better. If you ever perform for laypeople, you will find out quickly.
