Does anyone here have experience screen printing on silk handkerchiefs to customize them? If so, please let me know.

It is a royal pain to put it midly. I have done resist work , airbrushing and other dye work. But doing screen work is too expensive unless you are going to do a large run and have cheap labor. That is why most screened stuff is made off shore.
It is very hard to control the flow of the dye on the silk. It wants to spread very quickly. I certainly do not recommend it unless you have a lot of patience, time, and money, to experiment. Normal screen techniques must be adapted a lot to work on silk.

Mark Trimble of Trimble magic (in the Atlanta area) used to do custom printing. He is now working on commercial silk printing services and machines. Try to catch him if you can.
