Hi Guys:
I have ordered some items from Amazon.com in Nov 2004 - to be shipped to Malaysia. Till now, I have not received the items. I sent several emails to Amazon.com at "store-news@amazon.com" and failed to receive any response. The last email sent to them was in May 2005 - fortunately, they replied several days later and the reply given was a very standard reply - which reads as follows: [Thanks for writing to Amazon.com. You should find the answers to most of your questions in our online Help department: http://www.amazon.com/help/ To view any order, or to make changes to an order that has yet to enter the shipping process, visit Your Account: http://www.amazon.com/your-account/ You can also access Your Account by clicking the link at the top of any page of our store. Once there, you can cancel or combine items from orders that have not yet entered the shipping process, as well as change the shipping address, payment method, or shipping method of most pending orders. Thank you again for shopping at Amazon.com. Sincerely, Amazon.com Customer Service http://www.amazon.com/] Does anyone know how will I be able to get a personal response as to the status of my items instead of the standard reply (as above) which does not really answer my question. I do contemplate to request for refund but I am not sure how how to proceed. In addition, I think the reply from them would take me no where if it is still in the "standard" format. Please help me.
